Scenario:
- Hub DSP receiver with Dante® and network connectivity (2 or 4 mic channels)
- Catchbox microphones (mix of Cube, Clip and Stick as needed)
- External devices (e.d., recording system, mixer)
Setup:
- Connect the Hub DSP receiver to power and your Dante® network
- On the Hub's screen, navigate to the IN section and pair each microphone, if not yet paired
- Make sure the computer that you will be using the Dante® Controller software is connected to the same network that Hub is.
- Locate the Hub receiver in the Dante® network and route each of the Catchbox microphone channels to desired destinations.
- On the Hub's interface, go to OUT section -> Dante® and enable Dante® output channels. Optionally you can configure one channel as a mixed output of all microphones.
- For receiving audio via Dante®, go to IN section -> Dante® and enable Dante® input channels. Route these inputs to the Hub's outputs as needed.
Benefits:
- Integration with complex audio systems
- Flexible routing of individual microphone channels
- Option to send mixed audio over a single Dante® channel
- Easy scalability by adding more Dante®-enabled devices
- Centralized control and monitoring of the audio network
