Receiving the Invoice
Once your order is confirmed and paid, we'll send the invoice to the email address you provided during checkout. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, you can contact us at info@catchbox.com or reach out via live chat, and we'll resend the invoice promptly.
Making Payment
You can choose from several payment methods when checking out:

- Wire transfer
If you initially selected wire transfer but wish to change your payment method, contact us at info@catchbox.com or through live chat. We'll provide a secure payment link for you to select and complete your preferred payment method. Once your payment is processed, your order moves forward for fulfillment.
Payment Timing
Your credit card may have a temporary hold for verification purposes and it's typically charged within one business day after confirming your order.
