Noise when the Cube mic is thrown, caught, or dropped

Our Cube throwable mics are equipped with the Active Automute™ technology - it temporarily switches off the mic when it's thrown, caught, or dropped.

Due to this feature, there shouldn't be any noises while the Cube mic is in mid-air. However, if you experience any:

• Try recording an audio or video clip with the noises (if possible);
• Submit a problem report and attach the recording - our team will look into it and help resolve this issue as quickly as possible!
