If an item or part is missing from the package you received:
- Check the package thoroughly - smaller parts like cables or adapters can be found below the packaging inserts
- Confirm if your order has multiple shipments - check the tracking details (in the email we sent you after shipping out your order), some orders have separate packages, and the missing parts may still be in transit
