Before reporting a missing item, please check the following:
- Check the package thoroughly - sometimes smaller parts like cables or adapters can be found below the inserts of the packaging
- Are there multiple separate shipments? Check the tracking details (in the email you received from us after your order was shipped out) to see if there are multiple separate packages, the missing component might still be in transit!
If there’s still something missing in the package you received, please reach out to us by filling the Report a Problem contact form.
Make sure to include a photo of all the package contents you received - that way we’ll be able to take care of this for you as soon as possible!
