What to do if something is missing from my order?

 

If an item or part is missing from the package you received:

  • Check the package thoroughly - smaller parts like cables or adapters can be found below the packaging inserts
  • Confirm if your order has multiple shipments - check the tracking details (in the email we sent you after shipping out your order), some orders have separate packages, and the missing parts may still be in transit

If you've received all packages but something is still missing, submit a problem report with a photo of all the package contents you received - we'll help!
