What if Cube mic makes noise in mid-air?

Our Cube throwable audience mics feature Active Automute™ technology. It automatically disables the microphone when it's thrown, caught, or dropped.

As a result of this feature, there should be no noises while the Cube mic is in mid-air.

However, if you experience any:

Try recording an audio or video clip with the noises (if possible);
Submit a problem report and attach the recording - our team will look into it and help resolve this issue as quickly as possible!
