To make sure logos look perfect on your Plus system microphones, keep this in mind when preparing custom designs.
Formats and transparency
- Supported formats: PNG or JPG files.
- Transparent background recommendation: We strongly recommend using logo files with a transparent background
- Check the final look in Design Preview: If the uploaded image contains a background, it will be clearly visible in the System Designer preview. Please double-check your design before submitting and make sure you remove any details that you don't want there. Once an order is placed, we process files exactly as submitted and don't make any manual edits.
Size and image quality
- At least one side of your image file must be 700px or larger (300 dpi recommended for maximum print clarity).
- Files must be under 5MB.
- If your file is too small (under 700px) or too large (over 5MB), the System Designer will automatically show a pop-up alert telling you if the file needs adjusting.
