Why do you have only a “Schedule a Call” feature? What’s your phone number?
While we don’t have a Customer Support phone line you can call directly, you can always schedule a call with us or contact us in any of the ways mentioned above. When scheduling a call, you can select a specific date and time that’s most convenient for you. Our Sales and Customer Support team will be able to prepare just the necessary information for you before the call.
When talking to our Customer Support, you might be required to share images, photos, or other files and details - which can be complicated over the phone and could require a follow-up via email anyway. By keeping the Customer Support conversations online, we can keep track and access all the details just when needed. This ensures a faster and better experience for you!
