[Microphone Customization](https://help.catchbox.com/knowledge/microphone-customization?hsLang=en) # Design edits and problem reporting When setting creating custom designs, please review, share, and verify (if needed) your layouts before placing an order.  ### **Review the design** Review high-resolution previews and share custom setups directly from the main design panel.  - As you adjust colors, logos, and scaling in the editor, the preview on the left side of your screen updates instantly - Click the *Share* button on the main panel and select *Download design PDF file*. This creates a spec sheet featuring visual mock-ups of your customized microphones - Click *Share* and select *Copy link* to save a unique URL. Anyone with the link can view your exact setup ### **Having doubts about your custom design idea? Our team is happy to consult and help figure out the best way to bring your vision to life. **🏈 Physical Mic Shapes** Please note that while colors and logo graphics are fully customizable, the physical shapes and foam construction of the hardware cannot be altered. So unfortunately, we can't turn the Cube into a football.  ### **Can we edit your logo after ordering?** The short answer is - no. All orders proceed directly into production once confirmed and paid. Your custom logos and graphics are printed exactly as submitted in the System Designer. Therefore,  please make sure uploaded files meet your quality standards, check for unwanted background boxes in the preview, and confirm logo positioning before placing your order. ### **Reporting a print issue ** If your order has arrived and the print or design doesn't look right, **[submit a problem report](https://explore.catchbox.com/report-a-problem?hsCtaTracking=dd309e2d-6af4-44b8-a48b-04125b139411%7Ceff2ff95-daa8-4e48-a12f-804940a298ca&hsLang=en)** (or contact our team via email: [**info@catchbox.com**). ](mailto:info@catchbox.com) When contacting, please include: - Order Number - Clear Photos of the Cube cover, Clip/Stick jackets showing the issue.   ### **⚠️ Disclaimer: Screen colors vs. physical prints** Please keep in mind that colors shown on digital displays (computer screens, tablets, phones) can vary slightly compared to the physical printed fabric jackets and foam covers.
