[Cube Mic](https://help.catchbox.com/knowledge/catchbox-plus-system?hsLang=en#cube-mic) # Cube Mic Power Saving Mode ## How the Cube conserves battery when idle To help preserve battery life, the Cube mic includes built-in power-saving features that activate when the mic is left idle. This ensures the Cube remains charged and ready for use—even if someone forgets to return it to its charging base. ### **How it works:** - If the Cube mic is not placed on the charging base and not moved for 2 hours, it will enter **Low Power mode.** - If it remains untouched for another 2 hours, it will enter **Shutdown mode.** ### **How to wake the Cube mic:** - From **Low Power mode**: Just **pick up the Cube**.
