Battery life and charging

To charge the Clip, place it on the charging dock until the magnetic pins of the Clip and the dock are aligned and snap into place.

When fully charged, the battery life of the Clip mic is 8 hrs.

Clip mic charging docks can be daisy-chained to optimize the use of power outlets, supporting up to six slots = x6 single-dock chargers or 3 double-dock chargers.

Clip charging dockUnderstanding the LED charging lights

When the Clip is placed on the charging dock, the LED lights on the mic will signal its current status:

Charging in Progress: The LEDs will illuminate to show the current state of charge, and the last LED will blink to indicate that it is actively charging.

Fully Charged: All LEDs will remain steadily illuminated without blinking.

⚠️ Charging Error Indication If all LEDs pulse simultaneously while the Clip is on the dock, this indicates a charging issue.

  1. Remove the mic and check that there is no dust, debris, or other particles between the charging pads on the microphone and the charging dock.

  2. Re-seat the mic on the dock.

  3. If the pulsing behavior continues, please contact customer support for further assistance.
