Can I change the payment method for my order?

On checkout, you’ll be able to select the best payment method and confirm the order.

If you had selected to receive an invoice on the payment method list and want to change it to a credit card or other, please reach out to our Customer Support team at info@catchbox.com or on the live chat! Our team will send you a secure payment link. Click on the link and select the necessary payment method and confirm the order.

Once the order is paid for and confirmed, the payment method can’t be changed anymore.
