We require prepayment for the orders before they’re sent to production. When an order is submitted and paid, it is routed to production right away and we start fulfilling your order.
- If your order contains a standard cover, you can cancel the order for a full refund before the order has been shipped.
- If your order contains a custom cover and it’s confirmed and paid, your order is already in production and can’t be requested for cancellation.
To cancel your order, please reach out to us on live chat on our website or write to email@example.com . On the message, mention your order number and shortly describe the reason for canceling the order. Please keep in mind we won’t be able to cancel and refund an order due to a need for changing the custom logo files.
All refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation (depending on the payment method that was used).
