Catchbox Plus and Legacy Catchbox Plus come along with a 5V 1A power supply. Use the included original power supply to charge your Catchbox transmitter.
You can also use other manufacturer power supply as long as the connectors and power rating are matching.
Using a different power rating power supply can cause damage to the receiver.
If your receiver isn’t powering up, double-check if the correct power supply is being used. If it's the correct one and the receiver still isn’t working, please report this by filling the Report a Problem contact form.
