Can I cancel my order?

 

If your order contains a standard cover and isn't shipped out yet, you can cancel it for a full refund by contacting us at info@catchbox.com or on the live chat. In the message, please include your order number and briefly explain the reason for canceling the order.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel an order if:

  • it's already shipped out;
  • It contains a custom cover, it is confirmed and paid (it's already sent to production and printed as submitted).

All refunds are usually processed within 3 - 5 business days after canceling (depending on the original payment method).
